Longworth clamping plate for the chuck LSC-400

ideal for small finishing operations and careful removal of the recess on an already finished workpiece.

These clamping discs are used in combination with a conventional chuck and a clamping jaw (not included). The LSC-300 clamping disks fit in a 50 mm clamping jaw, the LSC-400 and LSC-500 clamping disks fit in standard 130 mm clamping jaws.

The clamping discs are clamped in the chuck and can be adjusted to the respective workpiece size using the adjustment mechanism. The mounting pins adapt very well to the radius of the workpiece (see photos).

NB:

Not suitable for machining or turning "rough" workpieces! Max. Rotation speed 500 rpm!

Inside: approx. 100 - 350 mm

Outside: approx. 150 - 380 mm

*Depending on the chuck and clamping jaws used. A suitable shape of the workpiece is a prerequisite, especially for spreading!
