Pay
You can pay at the Houtdraaiwinkel in various ways:
For pick-up products: In our showroom with PIN or bank transfer.
We do not accept credit cards in our showroom.
Online purchases: you can pay with Ideal on our website, we work together with Mollie for this. That is our payment provider.
For private customers, we do not have the option to buy afterward or 'on account'.
Returns
We don't make it very difficult, but we do want to be clear in advance. We have the following rules for returning products. If you buy in a store, the following additional return conditions apply. Do you buy online? Then the return conditions can be viewed here .
- Return shipments are only accepted if this has been agreed in writing in advance between you as a customer and the Houtdraaiwinkel.
- Damaged goods and packaged goods, of which the packaging is missing or damaged, can never be returned and will not be accepted by us in any case.
- What we never take back : customized products, products ordered especially for you and/or leftovers, paint, adhesives.
- In certain cases we are prepared to make a calculation for you without obligation, however we cannot be held liable for the quantities ordered as we depend on the information you provide. You are responsible for your order.
